Welcome to our exclusive tour of Langley BC’s 2019 Millionaire Lottery Prize Home. This stunning home is located at 21754 88th Avenue, is worth more than $3.2 million, and includes $100,000 in furnishings. So how can YOU have the chance to win it?
Well, Millionaire Lottery tickets are $100 for two tickets, and they can only be purchased in BC by those who are 19+. In total, there are over 3,100 prizes to win, worth over $4.2 million!
Tickets are available until midnight, January 10, 2020, and can be purchased in-person at VGH, any London Drugs, at the Langley and White Rock prize Homes, or online at millionairelottery.com
The winner of Millionaire Lottery can choose one of eight grand prize home packages- including homes located in Vancouver, North Vancouver, White Rock, Langley, Sidney, Sooke Point and Kelowna. The winner also has the option of choosing $2.7 million in tax-free cash instead of taking one of the prize homes.
So many great prizes! Good luck to you– if you win the big prize, be sure to let me know so I can help you celebrate!
I love how this lottery provides jaw-dropping prizes and also supports a great cause. It’s true– buying a Millionaire Lottery ticket is a fun way to support VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation. Money raised goes to funding innovative research, advancing specialized adult health care, and purchasing critical medical equipment at Vancouver General Hospital, UBC Hospital, GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, Vancouver Community Health Services, and Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute.
Every year, VGH performs more than 30,000 surgeries and attends to more than 600,000 patient visits. They treat 60% of British Columbia’s adult trauma cases – and 50% of their surgical patients are from outside Vancouver.
As mentioned above, this stunning home is located at 21754 88th Avenue, Langley BC. This prize package is worth more than $3.2 million, and includes $100,000 in furnishings.
You’re invited to visit the Langley Prize home daily from 11 am- 4pm.
You’ll love the features that include: 6,494 sq./ft. and has 4 bedrooms, a 2 bedroom suite, 5 bathrooms, and a 1,300 sq./ft. detached workshop and RV Garage.

Sandra from Positive Space Staging & Design introduced me to the fine art of ninja chopping throw pillows to style them.
ONE: Pat It. TWO: Chop It. THREE: BOOM!
Sandra shared with me that because this home is in rural Langley, she chose to decorate with a Modern Farmhouse style– usually hallmarked by natural colours and textures, rustic finishings, and neutral colours. She added denim, gold accents, along with whimsical animal portraits. Seriously– I loved every single room and accessory in this home. Design inspo 100%.
2. The Office
When you walk into the home, the first thing you’ll see is this large office. I love the rustic wooden desk, wall clock and large painting of a horse. Sandra shared that this portrait inspired the style direction for the entire home.
3. The Dining Room
Now who wouldn’t want to host a dinner party in this space? I love how fresh, bright and airy it is, while also feeling substantial and full of history. This is such a beautiful space.
4. The Open Space Living Room
This is truly an impressive space! There is SO much natural light with the large windows and high ceiling. This space is perfect for family get togethers and the couches were super comfy to kick back on.
5. The Master Bedroom
On the main floor, you will see that the large Master Bedroom is full of natural light and custom built furnishings. I’m always impressed by the prize home’s attention to luxurious and quality details.
6. The Master Ensuite
Everyone loves this space! The large white subway tiles, coved ceiling and window, and the rustic floors are both on trend and classic. This room could be in a home decorating magazine.
7. The Kitchen
You’ll agree that this kitchen is a showpiece. It’s large, spacious, and boast all the modern amenities. The dark island adds depth and something different to the more traditional white kitchen. And those light fixtures: Swoon.
8. The Spice Kitchen
I’m always in awe when homes have a fully-equipped spice kitchen! This one has a similar style to the kitchen and provides an extra oven, stove, sink and fridge! How handy would this be when hosting a big family holiday dinner?
9. Bonus Flex Space (aka The Loft)
Sandra taught me this new term— and tips on how to style a bonus flex space that you’re not too sure what to do with. Because this space was close to a room that was styled for a teenaged boy, she added a desk and created a study space. I love the furniture and accessories she chose.
10. The Laundry Room
You will be surprised at how large this laundry room is! I couldn’t resist capturing the llama portrait in there as well. I joked with Sandra, “If I had this laundry room, I might actually start enjoying doing laundry!”. Ha ha. I also am in love with those floor tiles.
11. The Feather Bedroom
Sandra has such a knack for styling a space– she included Zen features and feather details in this guest bedroom. This space feels so welcoming and relaxing.
12. The Basement Games Room & Bar
The large basement is the perfect space to entertain– we actually stopped to hang out here for a bit mid-tour to catch up. Can you imagine what a hit this downstairs bar would be with your family and friends?
13. The Large Deck & Backyard
This adorable pup, Benny, stretched his legs and tested out the large backyard. There’s TONS of room for active pups or kids to run around!
For relaxation, the backyard deck boasts an outdoor fireplace and built-in BBQ space. Since moving to the mainland, I’ve developed a huge appreciation for backyard spaces.
