I’m right there with you. I haven’t coloured my hair at-home for YEARS, but have been SO crunched for time with year-end commitments (I’m a teacher), packing for our big move… and being a MOM. My colour was dull, my dark roots were about three inches long, and (gasp!) my handful of greys were showing. I needed a colour intervention NOW.
First of all, I went on the Garnier Nutrisse website and selected the B3 Light Bronde for myself. (No, that’s NOT a spelling error! It’s Brown/ Blonde!)
I loved the idea of its 100% Grey Coverage, even on your most stubborn greys, and rich, nourishing avocado, shea and olive oils that protects against dryness and provides a fresh scent. The colour stays radiant for up to 8 weeks, and comes in a rich, non-drip formula for a fool-proof colouring experience. Ok, I’ll give this a try.
Busy Mom’s Spa Night – Garnier Nutrisse Challenge
Why Not Purify Those Pores While Waiting?
During the process, I found the colour really easy to apply (ZERO drips!) and chose to complete my spa-like experience with Garnier’s Clean + Pore Purifying Clay Cleanser + Mask. The tingly feeling of the mask really felt refreshing and gave my skin a deep clean.
And ShaZam: The After Photo
Afterwards, I then had a shower and applied the Nutrisse deep conditioner. I then quickly blow dried it with a roller brush. My hair feels SO soft, moisturized and healthy… and the colour looks rich and refreshed. The roots and grays are gone! My husband and son both said “Wow! Nice hair!” when I walked into the living room.
To conclude, what was my favourite part? It only took 25 mins! That’s something a busy mom can appreciate.
